Research & Discovery
WEEK 1
You’ll start your design journey with a kick-off Zoom video call with me. Plan on 60-90 minutes for this session. We’ll look at your business strategy over the next few years, go through your brand components, plan your copy and I’ll give you a little homework to complete before our live session in week #2.
I’ll help you choose the template from our collection which will be the best fit for your overall website structure.
Custom Home Page Build
WEEK 2
This is where the fun begins. Before our live session, with information gained in our Discovery session, I’ll create a brand guide for your website (colors/typography) and a wireframe for your custom home page (that’s just a fancy word for a rough visual sketch).
Live Session: Plan on 2-3 hours. I’ll design your custom home page while you watch. You’ll give me instant feedback until you’re completely happy with every aspect of the design.
Website Build
WEEK 3
Either myself or one of our experienced designers will take over to add your copy and images to the website and re-style every page according to your brand guide. We’ll make sure that your whole website has the cohesive and polished look that screams ‘professionally designed .’
Testing. Training. Launch.
WEEK 4
Once you’ve approved the finished design, we move into launch mode, ensuring that any data from you previous site is preserved and that your site is speedy, responsive, and secure.
We’ll provide an hour of training in a “handover session” to give you the confidence to look after your site. Then, it’s launch time.

Do I need to use one of your templates?
If you’re opting for the template-based design package, then it will need to be one of our own templates. We know that they are built the right way, for speed, SEO and mobile responsiveness. Plus, they’re gorgeous!
what platform do you use to build my site?
We are WordPress nerds. For our 30-day Website Build offer we use WordPress/Divi to build beautiful, fast and SEO friendly websites.
Can I have a store or course on my site?
Yes, absolutely. We’re experienced with ecommerce builds and building course and membership sites. These options are not included in the base price for this package. Please get in touch with me to discuss your options. Click here to schedule a 30-minute call.
Do you build custom websites
Yes! Absolutely. Custom websites begin at $4,995. I’d love to have a proper chat with you first so that we can put together a custom quote. Schedule 30-minute call here.
What are my options for payment?
Once we book your design slot, it will be exclusively yours, so we need to manage our calendar carefully.
You’ll pay 25% when you book, 25% at the beginning of the project and the remaining 50% before your launch.
Do you offer Branding & Logo Design?
Yes, we do. You can add branding to your website package for $995. Your package will brand Discovery, a logo, tagline, color palette, font suite and complementary graphics showing the colorways and styles best suited for your new brand.
Do you offer copy writing services?
We do, but we want it to be affordable, so we offer a package that focuses on your three key pages – home page, about page and a sales page.
Our goal is to present your content in your authentic voice. Keeping in mind our motto, “connect with the hearts and minds of your audience.”
We start with’emotion-based’ research to createa a list of words to play with. These are words that resonate with your ideal client.
We then ask you to share your thoughts using one of our carefully structured copy templates. Using that information, we create expressive copy designed to connect with your target market.
